Here is some of the software that I helped to develop.
As part of the Metapsy initiative, we developed a web application that allows to conduct a state-of-the art meta-analysis of open psychotherapy trial databases with just a few clicks. The databases you can analyze on the website are compiled by a highly experienced researcher team the VU University in Amsterdam and updated regularly. A new version with even more functionality is currently under development.
The dmetar package serves as the companion R package for the guide "Doing Meta-Analysis in R". The package contains utility functions to facilitate the conduction of meta-analyses using the {meta}, {metafor}, {netmeta} and {gemtc} packages.
The metapsyTools package facilitates the calculation of effect sizes and meta-analyses based on the Metapsy database (or databases adhering to the same format). Databases that are loaded into R can automatically be analyzed using the analysis module of the package. By default the analysis module runs a series of basic and more advanced meta-analytic models as well as sensitivity analyses.
This application allows you to convert between common Schizophrenia rating scales using equipercentile linking. It can also be used to convert scores in an entire dataset.
The metapsyData package allows to access the Metapsy meta-analytic psychotherapy databases directly from an R environment, including metadata and previous database versions.
